If you are experiencing financial difficulties or are finding it hard to make your loan repayments and your account is in serious arrears, Downpatrick Credit Union Ltd offers the service of our Member Care Committee.

The Committee is there to help our members who need to speak to someone about their circumstances and find a solution to their problem.

Because the Credit Union represents its members who save and borrow, you’ll find we are very flexible. Your account will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.

You can speak to Member Care Staff during our normal working hours but if you need an appointment outside these hours, we will try to accommodate you.
